LOCAL PHOTOGRAPHER DONATES BALLOON ART TO CITY OF PLANO
Following the Plano Balloon Festival, Janelle Twyford-Silvis of AlleeOops Photography presented an original print of the City of Plano’s hot air balloon to Mayor Phil Dyer. The framed print is a collage of the balloons just before sunset.
“After sharing the artwork with a number of colleagues, I was encouraged to donate the piece to the City of Plano,” said Twyford. “The balloons were beautiful. I hope the city finds some place within Plano City Hall where a large number of employees and citizens can enjoy it.”
